I am having problems with your website. Who can I talk to?

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payments by VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, Bank Deposit, Afterpay & cash on pick up when items are picked up in store. 

Can I place an order over the phone?

Of Course! Simply call our Newmarket store (07) 3172 7449 and one of our team members will be more than happy to process your order over the phone. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we can ship overseas! Please contact us via the contact page or email us and provide us with your country and what items you were interested in and we can provide you with a postage and handling quote. 

How long does it take to process and ship online orders?

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding public holidays). For a better idea of transit times please click on the SHIPPING link at this bottom of this page. 


Returns and Exchanges FAQ's 

I'm not loving my new purchase? What can I do?

If you find that your purchased item doesn’t fit, doesn’t suit, or you simply aren’t satisfied, we will provide you with a store credit so that you can find an alternative size or product.

My item is broken, what options are available to me?

We will offer a refund only if we are unable to replace the defective goods and if you have contacted us within 48 hours of receiving the item/s. No refunds are offered after 48 hours but instead a store credit if contacted within 14 days of receiving the goods.

ALL packaging and tags must still be attached to items to be eligible for an exchange.

*Please note all sale/clearance & custom products are not eligible for a return or exchange.*

Please email us at advising that you would like to return an item; noting your order number and reason for returning the item/s in the email. We will provide you with our return address. 

What if I change my mind and don't want this item anymore?

Unfortunately we do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind about your order or purchased the incorrect size however, we are able to offer a store credit or exchange if we are contacted within the 14 days of receiving the item/s. Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Who pays the shipping cost on refunded or exchanged items?

If an item is to be returned and or exchanged, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense (unless the reason for the return is due to a faulty or damaged product) and items must be unused and in its original packaging and condition. We recommend any returned items are sent with a trackable postage service as we are unable to guarantee The we will receive the parcel back and do not take any responsibility for lost items in transit. 

Are store Gift Cards refundable?

Gift Cards are not refundable. If they do not work, we will endeavour to replace them at no additional cost. 

Why did my order get cancelled?

Finders Keepers Gifts may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
